Angela Sun
Angela Sun, an American journalist, television sportscaster as well as documentary film maker. Angela Sun has been a Journalist, Sportscaster and Producer and actress since being born in Santa Clara County California on September 19. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology at the University of California. Sun's surfing skills were outstanding and she participated in several pro-am competitions. She was sponsored by big brands, such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The recognition she got from this acted like a slingshot to propel her into the business of entertainment. Then, she went on to become a filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun was mainly an anchor for various channels. Sun was a Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. She was host of American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. In 2014, Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute. Sun is the first Asian American celebrity to appear in the ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun has worked in numerous films and her abilities as an actress have been acknowledged and appreciated. She has worked in movies such as Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014-2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). In 2014 Sun released Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch an full-length documentary on the effects of marine pollution caused by plastic and the impact it has on the environment which she wrote directed and produced herself.
