Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. The public was captivated in the year 2010 by releasing her hit singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses," British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly climbed to the highest of the charts thanks to her infectious electronic pop sound. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is at the cutting edge of the movement, just like Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap of popular contemporary music as well as independent hip-hop that is arty. Her soprano and her knack for writing emotionally honest songs make her stand out. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign the singer and began making plans to release her debut album.
